Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service assignments, ensuring efficient allocation of service technicians and resources.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotation confirmations, and send reminders to close the cases within the stipulated TAT.
• Maintain organized records of service reports and work orders.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions, service histories, and warranty claims.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring service assistance, providing friendly and professional support.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
• Support the workflow by preparing job sheets, parts lists, and required documentation before each service job.
• Update and document administrative procedures to ensure all service activities follow standardized practices.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers for services rendered, ensuring accurate billing based on completed jobs.
• Track payment statuses for service invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Input and update service data into ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Ensure all service jobs are properly logged in CRM or service management software, with all necessary details.

Requirement:

• SPM/Diploma in any field of study.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
