Summary

Pyramid Heating & Cooling is a small HVAC operation with a primary focus on existing residential home HVAC system replacement and service and has expanded into small commercial markets. We withstood the largest downturn in the economy with no layoffs and increased employee benefits. We are currently seeking a Service Customer Care Representative for our Portland location . The role involves turning customers into clients by functioning as a liaison between the company and its customers, handling customer inquiries, problems, complaints, and other issues to ensure customer satisfaction.   • Friday, 8:00 am

Required Qualifications: Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience Attention to detail Excellent communication/listening skills Strong work ethic and team player mentality Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers in a professional manner Ability to relate to customer Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
