Key Responsibilities
Support Families: Enable access to vital services for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays.
Guide Eligibility: Assist in the determination process and conduct family assessments.
Collaborate: Participate in Early Intervention Team (EIT) meetings and help develop, implement, and review Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
Document Progress: Accurately track and document goals and progress.
Ensure Quality: Monitor service delivery to ensure timeliness and adherence to IFSP.
Facilitate Transitions: Develop transition plans for children exiting the First Steps program.

General Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Valid auto insurance and driver’s license
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following: Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child/Human Development, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, Nursing, or Psychology and 1 year experience working with children and families OR degree and 3 years experience working with children and families
