我们正在寻找一位宾客服务员 - 工程部加入我们工程部团队。

作为宾客服务员 - 工程部，需要独立承担以下岗位职责：

• 负责酒店内所有土建、木质、油漆等装饰装修和维护工作；
• 熟悉各种材料的性能，使用方法，施工技巧，保障施工和维修的效果符合集团标准；
• 爱护工具，节约材料，做好材料的领用、保管、耗材登记及汇报工作；
• 完成上级主管指派的其他工作。
  
  

候选人应具备以下特质：

• 2年以上同等岗位工作经验；
• 具有装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务；
• 有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力；
• 积极主动，富于团队合作精神。
