Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective facilitation of vehicle reception and providing customer services in the Dealership Service Workshop through liaising between the customer and the workshop and monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced.

Facilitates interactive vehicle reception for Service customers based on the prescribed guidelines and standards of plant/ manufacturer and company.
Ensures that customers are updated on the status of their vehicle repair and that timely feedback are provided
Ensures that customers are well assisted during vehicle releasing and extends invitation regarding the need for his/her vehicle’s next servicing appointment.
Coordinates with departments to ensure that after sales services for the vehicles brought in the workshop are completed.
Conducts vehicle quality checking and handovers the vehicle to the customer based on prescribed guidelines and standards on vehicle quality check and handover process.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / 4 year Automotive course or any related course
Work Experience: 1 year relevant work experience in Automotive / customer service
