Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Gurugram at MyRaasta CompanyOwnedCompanyOperatedmulti-brandState-Of-The-Art workshop. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service, effective communication, and aftersales support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
• Customer end to end journey is priority
• Aftersales support experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
• Ability to sell Service products
• Automotive industry experience with Diploma in Auto or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
