🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing customer calls and online enquiries
• Booking appointments and processing payments
• Scheduling work for our technicians
• Supporting the General and Operations Managers
• Updating service software and customer records
• Following up with clients to ensure top-quality service
