Position Description

  • Support scheduling repairs in SAP and SFDC
  • Assist with processing service contracts in SAP for the EMEA region
  • Create CP training quotes as a backup when needed
  • Update the Install Base records according to SFDC reports
  • Monitor the cases queue in Service Admin and distribute them to specific groups
  • Cover other simple tasks as a backup during busy periods (such as quarter-end) or holidays

Position Requirements

  • Readiness to work under civil contract
  • Readiness to work at least 20h per week
  • Good command of English in written and speech (B2 level at least)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Outlook etc.,
  • Highly organized and service-oriented way of working.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally based team members
