• Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred-but we're happy to train the right person
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine interest in working with older adults in a respectful and engaging manner
• Must be available to workdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents and guests
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver meals in a timely and accurate manner
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after meal service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Create a positive dining experience through courteous and professional interaction with residents
