Summary

Optimization of Arcadis’ website for search engines: with their experience of great search engine optimization, the SEO Specialist will review performance and objectives to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that optimizes site performance. Develop and execute a comprehensive, international, SEO strategy that supports Arcadis’ growth objectives Optimization of the overall website for search engines, making recommendations to improve site performance Monitor and measure keyword performance, conducting regular technical audits to make recommendations to improve average position in organic search – page structure, content, etc. Requirements (Knowledge, Experience & Key Qualifications) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, media, digital or related discipline preferred. 1-2 years relevant work experience or equivalent Experience in developing and executing impactful SEO strategies and roadmaps to optimize search engine performance Experience of multiple SEO measurement tools (e.g. Brightedge, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) as well as web heatmaps for page optimization (e.g. Hotjar, Crazy Egg etc.). Experience using a CMS platform such as Sitecore and some HTML and CSS experience is not required but is a plus. Has passion for creating impactful and high performing SEO strategies Updated on industry best practices, new trends, software and developments to enhance Arcadis’ SEO approach Able to liaise with marketing colleagues and other internal stakeholders A team player who is able to build strong working relationships with a variety of marketing and business colleagues across the globe Willing to adjust shift as and when required to accomplish tasks at hand Hands-on mentality, takes accountability, curious nature, continuous improvement driven both when asked for as well as on your own initiative; Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment. Positive attitude towards work, good inter-personal skills Good verbal and written and communications skills Effective time management skills Effective research and data-gathering skills Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php65,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
