Role Overview

We are hiring a result-oriented SEO & Paid Ads Growth Manager with deep expertise in e-commerce performance, capable of leading growth strategies across organic search and paid acquisition channels. The candidate will be responsible for building traffic, improving conversions, expanding brand visibility, and ultimately driving monthly revenue from ₹10L to ₹25L+ through structured SEO and ROI-positive advertising strategies.


Core ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth (SEO)
  • Lead the complete search engine optimization strategy—technical, on-page, and content
  • Identify growth blocks affecting discoverability and rankings across category and product pages
  • Strategize and manage keyword-based content creation to outrank competitors and drive new discovery traffic
  • Collaborate with developers and content teams to fix SEO gaps and roll out improvements across the site
  • Implement practices that strengthen the site’s search authority and long-term ranking potential
  • Continuously track, measure, and improve SEO performance against defined KPIs


Paid Ads Management (Meta & Google)
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to drive qualified traffic and purchases
  • Optimize campaigns for return on ad spend (ROAS), acquisition cost (CPA), and revenue per customer
  • Create and manage campaign funnels for new users, retargeting audiences, and offer-based campaigns
  • Analyze consumer behavior, ad performance, and traffic sources to improve media buying decisions
  • Align creatives, copy, and campaign objectives with business goals and seasonal priorities
  • Ensure proper budget pacing and forecasting to meet monthly sales milestones


Revenue Growth Strategy
  • Own the revenue pipeline—design the SEO and paid ads roadmap that aligns with monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify untapped growth opportunities through customer trends, search insights, and competitor gaps
  • Design experiments to test offers, creatives, landing page funnels, and ad variations
  • Contribute to improving conversion rates across paid and organic sources
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance and report growth metrics with clear insights


Who You Are
  • 3-4 years of strong hands-on experience in fashion/lifestyle/footwear e-commerce growth marketing
  • Have directly scaled online revenue through a mix of SEO and paid marketing efforts
  • Understand seasonality, product trends, and buying behavior in this category
  • Comfortable taking full ownership of traffic + sales targets and working alongside founders, content, and creative teams
  • Clear thinker who can balance brand building with aggressive performance marketing
  • Not just a media buyer or SEO technician—you're a growth driver with a commercial lens
