该职位来源于猎聘 What You Will Get Out of This Position: As an SEO Marketing Assistant at ITC, you'll play a vital role in shaping the organic digital visibility of global brands in the China market. You'll gain hands-on experience with Baidu SEO strategies—from technical audits to content-driven optimization—working closely with marketing and digital experts. You’ll sharpen your skills in keyword research, content planning, and on-page/off-page SEO execution, while also learning how to build data-driven reports that guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Baidu SEO Operation (50%)

Conduct Baidu SEO audits, strategize, and implement on-page SEO, including content strategy, metadata, title tags, keywords, internal and external linking, and code optimization.

Conduct competitor research on their SEO efforts and make suggestions

Manage backlink outreach and off-page SEO efforts, coordinating with external agencies when needed.

Create clear Baidu SEO and SEM performance reports using Excel, slides, and other formats as needed - communicating insights and progress to the line manager in English and Chinese.

  • Content Creation & Translation (30%)

Research & generate new Chinese website content and translate & optimize existing content to align with the Baidu SEO strategy and target the right keywords and search trends.

Work cross-functionally (with Strategy & Consulting, Tech, and Design teams) to ensure content accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.

  • Baidu SEM (Good-to-Have / Learning Opportunity) (20%)

Support the setup and monitoring of Baidu SEM campaigns, including keyword research and bidding strategy.

Assist in ad creative and landing page development.

Prepare SEM campaign performance reporting and analysis for improvement.

Collaborate with external SEM agencies to optimize lead generation.

Requirements: Demonstrated experience in Baidu SEO: audits, metadata, on-page optimization, backlink management.

Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese (native or equivalent).

Good written and verbal communication in English for internal reporting.

Solid Excel and presentation skills for reporting purposes (clarity > visual design).

Experience in content research and writing for SEO in Chinese.

Proactive, analytical, and self-driven with attention to detail.

Nice to have : Experience in managing or supporting Baidu SEM campaigns.

Understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools such as Baidu Webmaster Tools, Baidu Index, Baidu Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or similar.
