Summary

About the role:

We are looking for an SEO Manager to lead and execute the SEO strategy for Amaha Health. The candidate will drive organic growth, optimize content, and enhance search visibility while adapting to the evolving search landscape. You will work closely with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure our platforms stay ahead in an AI-first world by leveraging product-led SEO, LLM-optimized content, and modern SEO techniques. You will own organic growth across the Website, Google My Business pages, and other third-party listing channels.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a future-proof SEO strategy aligned with AI-driven search trends (LLM SEO).
  • Increase organic market share in existing categories.
  • Identify and grow new organic categories that are relevant to the business.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, topical authority building, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, structured data, internal linking).
  • Build and execute an effective link-building and digital PR strategy.
  • Define a content strategy to create AI-optimized, search-friendly content.
  • Work with the product/dev team to improve technical SEO (site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexability).
  • Monitor Google Core algorithm updates, AI-driven search shifts
  • Leverage AI tools for SEO automation, content creation
  • Track performance using SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)


What we look for in you:

  • Have 3+ years of solid SEO experience, working hands-on across different industries and platforms.
  • Well-versed in AI-first SEO strategies and stay up-to-date with how Google’s algorithms continue to evolve.
  • Skilled at both product-led and content-led SEO, and understand how to optimize for AI-driven search experiences.
  • Comfortable with technical SEO — from running full site audits to improving Core Web Vitals and solving complex issues.
  • Regularly work with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to drive smarter decisions.
  • Know your way around HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enough to implement and troubleshoot SEO best practices directly.
  • Strong with data: can dig into numbers, spot patterns, and turn them into clear, actionable SEO strategies.
  • Experienced at leading SEO projects across teams, even in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly.
  • Experience in using tools like exploding topics and Google Trends to spot new search terms in the categories and quickly create content to capitalise on the trends


Nice to-haves:

  • Proven experience in the health and wellness category, BFSI category
  • Background in AI-driven content marketing and programmatic SEO.
  • Understanding of entity-based SEO, Knowledge Graph, and NLP for search.
