Position Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer (Senior or Staff) to join our team. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where we design and build scalable systems from the ground up. What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems.
• Develop backend services that interact with APIs and internal microservices.
• Build and maintain infrastructure to support fast development and deployment cycles.
• Continuously optimize performance and address technical bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on API design and implementation.
• Proficient in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, etc.
• Experience building and scaling complex applications from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI technologies is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, product-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
