Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Statistical Programmer at Inventiv Matrix India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Statistical Programmer will be responsible for conducting statistical programming activities to meet internal and external client needs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs and contribute to research and development activities. Familiar with CDISC standard, could independently work on SDTM/ADaM datasets and TFL outputs from development or QC side.

This position is for Mid/Senior/Principle/AD/D level.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python
• At least 4 years experience as SAS programmer in CRO or pharmaceutical companies
• Experience in statistical analysis, data management, and reporting in a clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, techniques, and clinical trial data standards
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information clearly
• Bachelor or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
