What you'll be doing?

Producing conceptual design schemes and agreeing client brief

Managing and reviewing sub-consultants designs

Regular design team meetings with clients and other stakeholders

What projects will I work on?

Variety of work including commercial, residential, industrial and leisure schemes

Master planning schemes including regeneration of urban areas

What You'll Need To Have

Confidence in meetings to understand the brief and programme the work

Good management skills

At least 8 years experience as a building services design engineer
