At TADA, we’re building a fairer, smarter ride-hailing platform—and we’re looking for an Country Operations Manager to lead our efforts in Hong Kong.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, execution, and leadership. You’ll be at the forefront of growing our business in Hong Kong —working to improve rider experience, support our driver community, and manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving platform.
You’ll work closely with our regional leadership and collaborate across functions like Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to shape how TADA scales in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
1) Market Management
- Take ownership of TADA’s Singapore market performance.
- Execute strategies to drive growth, improve service quality, and strengthen market positioning.
2) Driver and Rider Operations
- Lead efforts to acquire and engage driver-partners.
- Support initiatives to grow and retain rider demand.
- Solve operational issues quickly to maintain service reliability.
3) Data-Driven Execution
- Monitor market performance through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Identify trends, spot risks early, and suggest improvements.
- Use data insights to guide daily operations and campaigns.
4) Project Management
- Lead local projects to improve the rider and driver experience.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Policy.
5) Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent TADA to key partners, driver groups, and community stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with users and partners to strengthen the ecosystem.
6) Leadership and Team Coordination
- Manage and coach small teams and partners to drive execution excellence.
- Be a culture carrier for TADA’s values of fairness, service, and innovation.
