Are you an experienced Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer ready to take on meaningful challenges in the nuclear energy space? This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company advancing the commercialization of next-generation nuclear reactors.
We’re seeking a Lead I&C Engineer to drive the design and integration of advanced control systems for reactor technologies. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional engineering team to develop and implement PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless integration with safety-critical infrastructure. Your role will span architecture development, FMEA, risk assessments, and support of commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation efforts.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical, Control Systems, or Nuclear Engineering, with 8–10+ years of relevant experience in I&C design - ideally in nuclear, energy, or aerospace environments. You’ll bring strong skills in PLC programming, control logic, and instrumentation, along with a solid understanding of industry codes (IEEE, ISA, NRC) and cybersecurity best practices. A PE license or progress toward one is a plus.
This is your chance to work at the forefront of clean energy innovation. If you're driven by technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
