Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Window Installer located in St Paul, MN. The Senior Window Installer will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of windows. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting materials, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship, troubleshooting installation issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Senior Window Installer will also provide excellent customer service, manage installation projects, and train junior installers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in window installation, repair, and maintenance
• Experience in measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage installation projects and train junior installers
• Experience working with various tools and equipment used in window installation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in window installation or a related field is preferred
