AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Senior Web Analyst to join our organization here in Wilmington, DE.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Web Analyst:
* Execute the vision for the enterprise wide digital data, analytics and insights function and leading the strategy and planning of the data ecosystem [digital, sales and marketing], coordinating with IT and Digital teams.
* Helps identify opportunities for driving new revenues.
* Builds complete digital journey maps identifying fall-outs, inflection points, dead-ends for all digital applications which lead to considerable changes in digital strategies.
* Creates and implements data tracking and reporting processes that support business critical online initiatives including all financials and web site statistics for Digital on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
* Monitors, analyzes, and interprets online financial and transactional data in addition to extensive analysis and reporting of website traffic, email campaigns and survey analysis for both internal and external uses (i.e. National)
* Create dashboards, reports and scorecards that can be viewed and delivered frequently. This will include but not be limited to web site profitability, web site performance metrics, qualitative analysis, and reporting of various member/non-member surveys performed on the web.
* Serves as a resource and liaison with other corporate support departments and with National, with focus on website performance, data tracking, modeling and reporting.
* Provides accurate tracking of all online acquisition and transactional-based projects by ensuring collaborative cross-departmental coordination. Takes responsibility and accountability for validating online reporting and tracking data quality and consistency; and is accountable for valid and reliable analyses.
* Create, maintain, and deliver a holistic web analytics measurement model through the identification of objectives, goals, key performance indicators, segments, and targets. Provides analysis and reporting of user behavior by device for interactive, email, and social media marketing channels.
* Communicate insights and findings with all functional areas (merchandising, marketing, and management) to ensure successful and timely execution of multi-channel retail strategies. Presents and distributes the outcomes of Web Analytics projects at all levels across the organization.
* Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. Develops programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
Qualifications of the Senior Web Analyst:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Engineering or related field or equivalent. Advanced degree in Business Administration is a plus; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
* 7+ years relevant experience
* Experience with analytical tools: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact and build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Strong knowledge of skills, principles, and practices of accounting, financial analysis, managerial analysis, and presentations.
* Ability to translate multi-faceted business needs into achievable data analysis strategies and tactics.
* A highly proficient background in digital technology, online workflow analysis, and ecommerce operations.
* Strong experience in applied statistics, including regression, and value-added analysis.
* Proficient PC and Internet skills required including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and, Internet, MS Clarity, PowerBI, Adobe-Analytics and dynamic charting.
* Ability to manipulate, synthesizes, and transforms data from a variety of sources
* Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data.
* Experience using advanced spreadsheets functions to conduct trend analyses.
