Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Senior Videographer and Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content from concept to completion. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Production:

  - Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

  - Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

  - Set up and operate video cameras, audio recording equipment, lighting, and other production equipment.

2. Editing:

  - Edit raw footage into polished final products, including cutting, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

  - Ensure all videos meet quality standards and align with the brand's vision and messaging.

  - Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.

3. Project Management:

  - Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

  - Coordinate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.

  - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior videographers and editors.

4. Innovation:

  - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and editing.

  - Experiment with new techniques and creative approaches to enhance video content.

  - Propose innovative ideas to improve the overall video production process.

5. Client Interaction:

  - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress.

  - Address client feedback and make necessary revisions to video content.

6. Quality Control:

  - Ensure all videos adhere to the company's standards for quality and consistency.

  - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of video content to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, preferably in a senior role.

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.

- Creative storytelling skills with a strong visual aesthetic.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A portfolio showcasing previous video production and editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of photography and graphic design.

- Familiarity with social media video formats and trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
