We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor/Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our target audience. This includes editing raw footage, creating visually compelling stories, and managing the technical aspects of video production. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining video production equipment in good condition and ensuring that all shoots meet the highest technical and creative standards.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional video content while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Incorporate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality and storytelling.
• Plan, organize, and execute video shoots, including pre-production tasks such as shot planning.
• Manage lighting and sound setups to ensure high production quality during shoots.
• Maintain all video production equipment in good standing, ensuring functionality and readiness for shoots.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and tools.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging concepts and storyboards.
• Deliver videos on time, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Organize and archive video assets systematically for easy retrieval and reuse.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience as videographer and video editor.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor/Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Aftereffect, or similar tools.
• Preferred to have experience in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound design.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, lights, and related accessories.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and resolutions for various platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of audio mixing and color grading is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in social media content creation or marketing-related video production.
• Understanding of current trends in video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Photography or animation skills are a bonus.
