🎬 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Produce 2–4 short-form videos daily across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Edit raw footage into powerful, attention-grabbing videos aligned to brand tone and campaign goals
• Create engaging hooks, seamless transitions, captions, and motion effects
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams on campaign objectives
• Inject storytelling, branding, and performance-driven thinking into every piece of content
• Stay current on social media video trends, content performance, and editing techniques
• Bonus: Build SOPs, checklists, and internal workflows to improve team speed and output

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• 2–3 years of agency experience in a fast-paced content production environment
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent
• Proven portfolio showcasing TikToks, Reels, and Shorts (required)
• Deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling structure, and editing for engagement
• Highly fluent in English (written and spoken) — daily communication with Singapore HQ
• Comfortable working independently and consistently hitting daily production targets
