THE ROLE
The
Senior Vice President (SVP), PROCUREMENT will be a senior leadership role as part of the company senior leadership team to lead and drive values across the enterprise by leveraging the power of purchase and economy of scale. This Role will lead and manage, at the enterprise level, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, vendor management and procurement technology deployment. This role will work closely with various program owners/executive sponsors as well as technology leaders to activate planned initiatives. Role requires strong leadership, significant expertise in GPO, supply chain management, project management, communication and long-term planning skills under a global organization setting.
Essential Dutes And Responsibilities
STRATEGIC SOURCING
- Optimize company capability in sourcing decision and minimize supply chain risks to the company.
- Lead and manage the overall company sourcing strategy, under Deputy CFO – Business Operations guidance and course adapt with the wider business goals and strategies
- Category assessment and prioritizing spend categories thru spend management across a multibillion $ spend organization
- Lead, drive and manage the overall bids, RFP and contracting process with potential vendors and partners on goods, services, potential IT and capital spends whether its pricings or commercial terms.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationship with vendors/partners on behalf of the company and constantly drive to align vendors/partners goals with company key goals and objectives.
- Maximize company ability on saving potentials including but not limited to net price savings, rebate potential, sponsorship opportunities
- Operate a scalable and profitable procurement program for our business, venues and clients where applicable
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
- System deployment on supply chain and vendor management in addition to process flow
- Optimization of user engagement and adoption of tools and systems deployed across the organization related to procurement and drive best practices and operational excellence in this area
- Compliance on adhering to company standards and policies in procurement
- Compliance on code of conduct and constant monitoring any potential of conflict of interest with vendors and suppliers
DATA CAPABILITY AND ANALYSIS
- Lead and establish data and analytic capability in procurement function
- Leverage data to help drive overall procurement strategies
TRANSOFORMATION AND NEW INITIATIVE
- Support and engage in companywide transformation and new initiative projects as applicable
- Lead, manage and facilitate various procurement transformation initiatives and projects across the company
FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- As a senior leader, own the process of sourcing, hiring and selecting talent within the team(s)
- Lead and manage procurement support deployment across the business (i.e. corporate, venue based, regional roles)
- Constantly identify high potential talent for future movements. Engage in succession planning in discussion with Deputy CFO – Business Operations
- Participate in long term strategic planning with executive leadership as required (i.e. Project planning, Financial Long Range Plan, Forecasting and Budgeting)
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, with minimum 5-7 years in senior leadership role (VP or above)
- Experience and ability to run a GPO end to end program would be desirable
- Experience in travel, sports and hospitality industries would be desirable
- International market knowledge such as Europe region would be desirable
- Proven track record to deliver results and on time
- Experience as leader in Project management in a multiple business unit settings (i.e. Regional or Corporate offices) are required
- Role requires candidates with emphasis on some level progressive Operations, Finance or IT experience

- Ability to travel 20-30% of the work time would be required
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
