Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Vice President of Business Operations. The position is on-site and located in San José. The Senior Vice President of Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day business operations, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization. Key tasks include program management, financial oversight, and performance improvement initiatives. The individual will work closely with other senior executives to align business goals and drive business growth.

Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge

Proficient in Program Management and project execution

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans

Proven track record of operational improvement and efficiency

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
