This role is part of our Design team, consisting of six people and focusing on creating user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for:

INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS
You will need to have a few years of experience in a senior position and deep understanding of UX and UI design principles, creating JTBD and using segmentation frameworks. Further, you will need very good presentations skills as well as knowledge how powerful storytelling can be. Additionally, you are familiar with different types of user research and have lead usability tests on your own. Beside that, fluent English is needed to effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders – other languages are beneficial.
