We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer who understands that great design goes beyond good looks. You’ll lead UI design efforts across digital products and experiences, turning user insights into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency, clarity, and beauty in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution
• Create pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs and UI components for web and mobile products that are both beautiful and functional.
• Design Systems & Consistency
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, UI kits, and component libraries that ensure consistency across products.
• Collaboration
• Work with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into cohesive design solutions.
• Prototyping & Interaction Design
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design flows, motion, and transitions using tools like Figma, Framer, or Principle.
• Review & Iterate
• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions based on team input and user research.
• Mentoring
• Guide and mentor junior designers, helping elevate the overall design quality of the team.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in UI or Product Design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design systems, attention to detail, and user-centric thinking
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, iconography, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to defend and explain design decisions
• Ability to balance creativity with execution, and aesthetic sensibility with functional clarity

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex web applications
• Motion/interaction design skills
• Exposure to UX research or user testing methods
• Basic knowledge of accessibility (WCAG guidelines)
