We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to design stunning websites and web applications from scratch. The ideal candidate will excel in conceptualizing, designing, and creating exceptional user experiences while also contributing to the content and overall creative direction. Strong English communication skills are essential to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX design for websites and Apps, from concept to final execution. Develop creative concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs tailored to client requirements. Ensure designs are user-centric, visually stunning, and aligned with branding and business objectives. Maintain a high standard of design quality while balancing creativity and functionality. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation. Collaborate with developers to enhance app Speed, responsiveness & UI/UX Design. Design and implement user-friendly interfaces aligned with the latest trends. Optimize existing UI components for better usability and consistency. Ensure the app maintains a cohesive look and feel across all screens and platforms. Update in-app content and visuals as needed to keep the application engaging. Required Skills: 3–8 years of proven experience in UI/UX designing. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including concept creation and execution. Expertise in Figma and other design tools for designing and prototyping. Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating content and articulating design concepts. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles. Expertise with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in one of the following fields): Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, Interaction Design Computer Science or Information Technology (with relevant design experience) Alternative Qualifications: Diploma or Certification in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design from a recognized institution.
