Summary

Job Title - Product Designer

location - Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid, 50% Onsite)

Duration - 9 Months (Possibility of Extension/ Conversion)


We’re seeking a passionate, highly experienced Principal UX Designer to join our team and take a leading role in defining the end-to-end user experience of our Marketplace. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive strategy, innovation, and execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the UX strategy for client’s Marketplace, turning bold ideas into seamless, user-first experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on goals, objectives, and requirements, advocating for design solutions that balance business success with exceptional user experience.
  • Lead the full UX lifecycle—strategy, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and implementation—ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
  • Collaborative iteratively with researchers, designers, writers, and engineers to bring cohesive, user-centered experiences to life.


What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience designing modern digital experiences and products.
  • Experience with transactional web platforms (e.g. e-commerce).
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, best practices, and standards.
  • An exceptional portfolio that highlights your design process, problem-solving, and the measurable impact your work has achieved in real-world projects.
  • A holistic, user-first mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Figma and prototyping tools.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience in the Enterprise/B2B sector.
  • Familiarity with the client’s brand and products.
