We’re looking for a senior Unity Developer to help build ambitious mobile game titles. You should be fluent in C#, experienced in shipping high-quality Unity games, and comfortable working independently and as part of a startup team on complex systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain gameplay systems in Unity using C#
• Optimize performance across mobile game platforms, Android, iOS
• Collaborate with art and design teams, including working with AI-generated assets
• Participate in agile development and project planning

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of Unity (C#) development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Shipped multiple Unity games, including at least one mobile-first title
• Strong understanding of Unity’s core systems: animation, physics, UI, optimization
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) to streamline development
• Proficient with version control (Git or Plastic SCM)
• Able to work independently, write clean modular code, and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with multiplayer systems (Photon, Netcode, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools (ChatGPT API, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Background in user-generated content systems or in-game editors
• Experience with AI-assisted art workflows or procedural asset generation
