Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with designers, program managers, and engineers to explore, plan, validate, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Advocate for a design system approach by creating scalable, reusable UI patterns that ensure a consistent user experience across products.
• Contribute to enhancing platform thinking and improving design processes to drive experience consistency across the product suite.
• Participate actively in a diverse, dynamic, and global design community.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
• Proven experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles such as typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and Gestalt principles.
• Ability to visualize and prototype solutions across various levels of fidelity—from concept sketches and rough mock-ups to high-fidelity wireframes and production-ready assets with documentation.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in AI-driven interfaces and emerging technologies, with a comfort navigating ambiguity and experimentation.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in interaction design, including wireframing, flow creation, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience with motion design or animation.
• Familiarity with industries that rely on complex, technical software products.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
