Avegen Health is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital health platform, ensuring it is both intuitive and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to visualize the user interface.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience designing for mobile and web platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
