About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences for our digital products. You'll lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and work with product and engineering teams.

Location: Lucknow (Work from office)

Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead UI/UX design strategies.
• Create high-quality designs and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Conduct user research and testing.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with teams.
• Analyze user data to improve designs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio of web and mobile design work.
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Understanding of user-centered design.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with user testing.
