Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to the creative output of the team
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Collaborate with product designer and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Work with different levels of prototyping tools such as Principle, Invision, Protopie, Framer or Axure RP
• Ability to design for web, mobile, tablet, smart TV and many different devices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Product Design, Industrial Design etc.) or relevant agency or extensive UI/UX design experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI
• A design system has been created in advance or a design development has been made according to a previously created design system
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Knowledge of design and prototype
• Strong understanding of Designs System and DesignOps (nice to have)
• Highly proficient with Figma
• Collaborate closely with product designer and developers
