Senior UI UX Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

What will you be doing:

- Work closely with founders, design, software, operations team thinking through our users’ problems.

- Apply your UX knowledge and experience to the development of design processes.

- Plan, facilitate and lead collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation.

- Design low- fidelity mock-ups to effectively conceptualise and communicate design strategies and interaction behaviour.

- Detail out designs using sitemaps, wireframes, graphics and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

- Optimise existing experience and interface designs to align Brand and Design systems.

What we expect from you:

- Must be proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator etc.

- Exhibits strong understanding of concept modelling, user centred design principles and UX.

- Strong communication & visual design skills with an excellent understanding of UI principles and patterns, typography, intuitive layouts and palette development

- Illustrations and motion graphics are a plus.
