🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Test Manager,

What You'll Do:

• Develop, implement or enhance QA and test strategies,
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure testing compliance and test flow,
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle,
• Determine QA process, way of working and testers maturity and develope continous improvement,
• Lead and mentor the team in the development of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices,
• Reviews test procedures,
• Directs test operations, and ensures testing operations are performed in accordance with approved procedures.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics etc,
• Having knowledge of SDLC processes,
• Experienced in working with in Agile and Scrum methodologies in test processes,
• At least 15 years of experience as a test management,
• At least 5 years of Leadership/Management experience,
• Have an ISTQB certificate,
• Experience in automation, manual and performance testing is a plus,
• Demonstrated leadership skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Excellent command of English is a must,
• Having advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
