Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * MSEE (or higher) in Electrical Engineering. * 8+ years' experience in SOC/VLSI/ bring-up, production and characterization test, and product engineering experience. * Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester for characterization and production testing. * Highly skilled in writing code in C, C++, 93k test methods, PERL, python. * Knowledge of test cell integration. * Experience in bringing up, validating, and debugging SerDes systems, including analyzing robustness and margins * Proficiency in executing functional tests to ensure SerDes functionality meets specifications * Excellent knowledge of the latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT and tests. * Ability to drive teamwork and leadership across many parts of Cisco's technical entities to provide bleeding-edge solutions for ASIC and system test strategies. * Strong teamwork & collaboration skills. Excellent problem solving & effective conflict resolution skills. * An effective multi-functional communicator with strong, presentation and interpersonal skills, who perseveres and has multi-functional leadership to get results and change across organizations up to the executive level. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment * High level of motivation and energy Roles & Responsibilities * You will be a Test Engineer in Silicon Operations focusing on ATE test bring up. * You will be a partner with the ASIC team to bring up tests, characterize units and release test programs to production. You will work with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high volume manufacturing test and quality issues. * Your role will also be to drive component failure analysis, containments, and root cause corrective actions Salary Range: $63,400-$140,000 a year #LI-CM2
