Your Job

• Set up the whole testing concept and get alignment among all parties including German and Joint Venture colleagues.
• Set up the test bench/car/parts, perform the integration including flashing, coding and troubleshooting
• Draft and improve the test cases based on a clear understanding of the whole function.
• Conduct the system testing and end to end testing.
• Manage the testing result, evaluate and analyze the defects, support troubleshooting together with 1-3 level support
• Arrange test management-relevant appointments, workshop, test drive with VGC, WOB and JVs Professional Experience:
• Bachelor degree in automotive, electrical engineering or similar
• 3+ years of work experience in the automotive industry or similar
• Deep understanding of the in car communication method and architecture, good knowledge or experience of CAN, Automotive Ethernet vehicle communication system.
• Hands-on experience on embedded system, able to set up test environment, create simulation file (CAN Analyzer, CANoe, tracing SW).
• Experience on test automation.
• Knowledge of big data would be a plus.
• Experience of testing in agile, familiar with confluence, Jira, and ticket system, e.g. KPM.
• Experience of working in intercultural teams Soft Skills & Attitude

• Languages: Chinese and English. German is a plus
