Summary
Test Case Creation - Writes/Updates test cases accordance with best practices. Test Cases captured and Maintained on AZURE
Review the TA testcases and give the feedback.
Ensuring the feedback should be implemented
All defects must be captured on ADO boards with a proper linkage to test cases/stories
STA needs to give attention during walkthrough session with BA's
Ensure they should have 100% test coverage (measured by the number of issues coming up from the reviews)
Act as first point of contact in providing support and domain guidance to TA with respect to test coverage and test execution
Logging of defects with correct data on AZURE (Correct Info, Screen Grabs, Steps to reproduce etc.)
Initiate and participate in Cross Team Knowledge sharing sessions and creating a help guide document
Mentor TA's with all artifacts related to testing and test executions
Available on all Holard Communication Platforms including MS Teams
Update Out of Office Auto-Reply accordingly
