About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer with 5+ years of experience in creating, managing, and maintaining product documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience using AI-based tools to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and quality of documentation.

Create And Maintain Product Documentation

You will work closely with engineering, product management, and other teams to document the technical aspects of our products while ensuring the content is clear, accessible, and meets the needs of our :

  • Develop comprehensive documentation (user manuals, API documentation, release notes, online help, knowledge base articles, etc.) for our products and services, ensuring clarity and usability for a range of audiences.

Leverage AI-Based Tools

  • Use AI-driven tools to streamline the documentation process, enhance content generation, and improve accuracy.
  • Tools may include AI-powered writing assistants, knowledge management systems, or automated content generation platforms.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to understand product features and document them in a way that is clear, concise, and user-friendly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Regularly update and revise existing documentation to ensure it remains accurate and reflects any changes in the product or functionality.

Conduct User Research

  • Gather feedback from end-users, product teams, and support staff to continuously improve the quality and usefulness of the Style Guides :
  • Ensure consistency across all documentation by adhering to established documentation standards, style guides, and templates.

Ensure Documentation Quality

  • Perform thorough reviews and edits to ensure that all documentation is free of errors, well-structured, and easily navigable.

Support Technical Support Teams

  • Provide content that helps the customer support team address user inquiries and issues more Skills and Qualifications :

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of technical writing experience, ideally in documenting complex software products or technical systems.

AI Tools Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for documentation (e.g., GPT-based writing assistants, content automation tools, or AI-driven content management systems).

Strong Writing Skills

  • Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in understanding and documenting software, APIs, and technical :
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, including collaboration with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams.

Attention To Detail

  • Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality documentation.

Tool Proficiency

  • Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to analyse and understand complex technical systems and translate them into easily understandable documentation.
