Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong grip on the US staffing landscape? We’re hiring Senior Technical Recruiters to join our high-performance team in Vadodara to support our growing MSP/VMS-based client programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates across a wide range of verticals: IT, Engineering, Business Professional, and Light Industrial.
• Work on VMS requisitions, ensuring fast and quality submissions that align with client SLAs.
• Conduct detailed candidate screenings, rate negotiations, and end-to-end coordination of the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to strategize and prioritize critical roles.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure real-time updates on submissions and pipelines.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior recruiters when needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in US staffing, specifically in technical recruiting across varied domains.
• Familiarity with VMS portals and ATS platforms.
• Experience handling contingent roles with a strong understanding of work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset.
