We’re searching for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority in Fintech Space. The ideal candidate will have strong background in the Fintech, Payments, Crypto (Digital Assets) domain experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved. This role is based out of our Bengaluru, India Location and Full Time , Work from Office.

Objectives of this role

· Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

· Reports to the Chief Product Officer

· Identify, define, and manage all aspects of projects and projects scope including, but not limited to, the overall program project plan, execution, resource management, issue tracking, quality, change management, risk management, communications and budget

· Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

· Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

· Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Responsibilities

· Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

· Ensure management of organization wise documentation and processes on Confluence and JIRA. Manage the Agile Borad/Scrum of multiple projects

· Act as the focal point for the Agile delivery team and stakeholders spread across multiple geographies, based out of Bengaluru, India

· Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

· Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

· Possess an understanding of company offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction

· Possess understanding of Financial regulatory and Compliance, Crypto regulatory and compliance knowledge a plus.

Required skills and qualifications

· 10+ or more years of project management experience

· Experience in developing digital financial web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability , Digital Fintech, Payments experience preferred, Blockchain and Crypto experience an added advantage.

· Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

· Proven success working with all levels of management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

· Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2

· Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
