Job Title Senior Technical Project Manager What does a successful Senior Technical Project Manager do at Fiserv? A successful Senior Technical Project Manager at Fiserv leads and manages complex technical projects to drive successful completion, leveraging extensive project management experience and strategic leadership abilities. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is adept at driving projects to successful completion within strict deadlines and budgets. What you will do: * Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-stakes projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. * Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives and align projects with organizational strategy. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges. * Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions. What you will need to have: * 7+ years of experience in project management, focusing on large-scale and strategic projects. * 4+ years of experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. * 5+ years of experience using project management software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, and Trello. * Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications. * Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience. What would be great to have: * Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive project success. * Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills. * Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. * Experience with change management efforts to facilitate seamless transactions and promote project adoption. * Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
