Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our client's Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a transformation in our test engineering space. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a new initiative and help shape the future of program management within this area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading and managing complex programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and navigating ambiguity while driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs and projects, including cross-departmental efforts, ensuring alignment with scope, risk management, business objectives, and schedules.
  • Analyze challenges and recommend effective solutions through independent analysis and strategic problem-solving.
  • Define project objectives, manage resources, and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and track project deliverables, reporting key metrics to support informed decision-making and compliance with company standards.
  • Adapt to internal procedures and continuously foster partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide consistent reporting on project progress, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in uncertain situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow through.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience collaborating with engineers or software developers.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $65.00 and $70.00 This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.

All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Additionally, employees can participate in Codeworks’ 401(k) retirement plan.
