We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive data enablement and privacy initiatives within Growth Marketing Operations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to integrate data and machine learning into marketing systems while ensuring privacy and compliance are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data and ML projects for marketing automation.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with legal and privacy standards.
Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables across product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders through regular updates and status reports.
Guide technical teams on compliance and privacy best practices during development.
Qualifications
10+ years managing cross-functional technical programs, with strong knowledge of backend systems and data pipelines.
Experience in growth marketing, privacy, and integrating ML into customer-facing products.
Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools, RAG systems, LLMs, and vector databases.
Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field.
