As a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager / Technical Projects Program Manager / – Data Centre Operations, you will be at the heart of cutting-edge infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across a portfolio of high-performance data centers. You will play a pivotal role in developing scale-able solutions in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, working alongside world-class engineers, facility managers, and program leaders.

Typical Projects areas Covered would be Safety , Capacity , Predictability , Reliability and Scalability initially across the 7 European sites

This is a progressive positions and the successful individual would be developing , proposing decision processes , enhancing structure across the growing team. Must be a strategic thinking and it's essential that they have experience in understanding critical operations and manager / guiding Multinational / Multicultural teams.

Ideal Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in a mission-critical environment such as data centres, hospitals, or power plants .

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain high-impact communication standards across a diverse program portfolio, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Establish a structured approach to decision-making, prioritisation, and resource management, ensuring optimal deployment of people and technology.

• Shape Governance & Change Management: Define governance structures that enhance executive decision-making, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.

• Innovate & Optimise: Identify opportunities to increase programme velocity and efficiency across multiple teams, ensuring sustainable growth.

• Solve Complex Challenges: Lead a programme portfolio focused on tackling high-impact operational and business challenges, driving continuous improvement.
