We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The candidate will be responsible for building modern, scalable web applications using MySQL/Postgres and MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, writes clean and efficient code, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack with both SQL and NoSQL database.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to create high-quality solutions.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Follow best practices for software development, including version control and CI/CD.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL/Postgres, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Minimum 5+years of experience in Mern Stack as a developer is a must have.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
• Hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in frameworks like Next.js
• Experience in projects using serverless architecture or microservices.

Nice to have :

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Prior experience in leading teams or projects.
