We are looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join a leading developer, offering a salary of up to £65,000 plus package. This role will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator within a developer or main contractor environment.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of design management, building regulations, and technical compliance.
  • \n
  • Ability to liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • \n
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • \n
  • \nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across Bristol, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire.
