In this role, you will actively seek out, collect, organize, and prioritize requirements to create functional designs and solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical narratives for development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
• Assist in the implementation and testing of applications
• Provide user support and training on systems and applications
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Design, document, and maintain system processes
• Report technical issues or questions to the product team
• Develop abstract models that describe a business domain
• Establish effective communications with stakeholders and associated teams
• Support release management processes
• Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs; determine appropriate responses to identified defects

Qualifications:

• Understanding of financial processes, operations, and workflows
• Extensive experience in release management or change management
• Previous experience in business/systems analysis or quality assurance
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in JIRA and Visio
• Understanding data integration issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar identity access management tools is desirable (either proficiency in SailPoint IIQ or strong release management skills)
• Good understanding of IAM domains such as access management, identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, reporting, analytics
• Bachelor's degree holder
