MANDATORY Qualifications

1. Education & Background
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
3. 15+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5+ years in an architectural or technical lead capacity.
4. Technical Expertise
5. Proficiency in microservices architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and event-driven systems.
6. Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
7. Strong understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed transactions (Saga patterns, eventual consistency).
8. Expertise in observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and performance tuning for large-scale, high-throughput applications.
9. Solid background in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) with an emphasis on data modeling and scalability.

11. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
12. Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, adept at guiding teams through change and fostering innovation.
13. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly make informed decisions.
14. Preferred Qualifications
15. Certifications in AWS.
16. Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) or advanced orchestration features for large-scale microservices.
17. Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2, SAML, PKI) and compliance frameworks.
